I’m Lindsey, the founder of Modern Standards and a senior marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling high growth CPG and wellness brands including Hippeas, Krave Jerky, Spudsy, The EEZ Co., and Gutzy Organic.

I’m a builder and an executor at heart; performance driven, hands on, and equally energized by crafting the big picture strategy as I am by diving into the details that bring it to life. My career has been defined by taking vision and turning it into structure: brand systems that create clarity, campaign roadmaps that drive focus, and cross functional alignment that transforms creativity into commercial growth.

I’ve spent my career helping founders navigate high growth moments, launch category defining products, strengthen brand identity, and accelerate velocity across retail, DTC, Amazon, and omnichannel ecosystems. I thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments where marketing, sales, and product work together to bring bold ideas to life.

I created Modern Standards to offer exactly that: high touch, senior level marketing leadership for conscious CPG brands that want to scale smarter, faster, and with intention. I keep the studio intentionally small so I can stay deeply connected to every client and personally invested in the outcome of every project.
